Complimentary Consultation ($80.00 value):

New to Training? Sign up for a 45 minute consultation to meet the trainer and discuss goals, objectives, injuries and expectations. There is no cost for this session and no obligations. This is a great way to get to know the trainer and facility to make sure it is the right fit for you.

Full Body Assessment using the Functional Movement System: 

Your trainer will put you through a screening program to identify functional limitations and assymetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness. Visit http://www.functionalmovement.com/ for more information.

Personal Training (1 on 1): 

These sessions are 1 hour in length and are based on the information gathered from our screening system above. It is important that every program is tailored and suited to your individual needs. Depending on your goals your program will have a focus on: Weight loss, correctional exercise, post rehab conditioning and/or performance enhancement.

Partner Training (2 on 1): 

Want to train with a friend, partner or co-worker and want a more affordable option to training? No problem. Sign up for our partner training and the two of you can train together at a lower cost. Having a partner to train with has been proven to increase motivation levels and keep you accountable. Programs will still be suited to your every need so it is imperative that you each go through the FMS screening process before training as a team.

Small Group Training (4 on 1): 

Looking for a motivational environment and a more economical option for training? Consider training with a small group (3-4 individuals). You will still get the individual attention you want and a more affordable cost.
